The Ciciliano Law Office won a child custody matter on March 28th, 2011. Due to the drug use and instability of the Defendant, District Court Judge Gloria Sanchez awarded our client full custody of the minor child and has suspended the fathers' contact with the child. As a result of the Court's ruling, the father in this matter will not have visitation until he demonstrates to the Court that he is drug free and has stabilized.
As we have previously reported, changing child custody in Las Vegas requires that: 1) you show that circumstances have changed since the Court's last custodial order and; 2) that a change in custody is in the child's best interests. Judge Sanchez found that our office had met both of these prongs.
