NEVADA SPOUSAL SUPPORT WIN FOR THE CICILIANO LAW OFFICE

Our office won a Nevada spousal support issue for our Client on March 29th, 2011.  In a case where the Parties had been married long term and the husband earned significantly more than our client, District Court Judge Bryce Duckworth awarded our Client $2,500 per month in temporary family support.

N.R.S. 125.040 allows Courts to temporary Nevada spousal support while a case is pending.  In determining whether to award spousal support, Courts will consider facts such as the age of each spouse, each spouse's level of education, the respective property of each spouse, as well as the income of each spouse.
