The Ciciliano Law Office won primary custody for a Nevada father on April 25th, 2011. In a case where it was shown that the mother was using illegal drugs, District Court Judge Gayle Nathan awarded our Client primary physical custody of the minor child.
As we have previously reported, changing child custody in Nevada requires that: 1) circumstances have changed since the last custodial order; and 2) that a change is in the child's best interests. In the instant case, Judge Nathan changed custody without holding an evidentiary hearing.
