The Ciciliano Law Office won a child custody matter on April 25th, 2011. In a divorce case where the father has a history of domestic violence and mental health issues, Judge Cheryl Moss awarded our Client temporary primary physical custody of the minor child and is requiring the father's visitation to be supervised for the time being.
Judge Moss also left a TPO in place for the time being, in favor of our Client. Nevada law presumes that a parent should not have joint custody of a child when that parent has been convicted of domestic violence.
