The Ciciliano Law Office won a Nevada child support matter on April 26th, 2011. In a case where the father attempted to adjust his child support, our office successfully argued that the father had not sufficiently demonstrated a decrease in his income. As a result of this ruling, Judge William Potter awarded our client $1,000 in attorney's fees.
Nevada law allows a review child support under two circumstances. The first circumstance is if one's income has increased or decreased by at least twenty percent. The second is the passage of time; a party may request a review of Nevada child support every three years.
