The Ciciliano Law Office won a Nevada fathers' rights victory on April 5th, 2011. District Court Judge Gayle Nathan temporarily awarded our Client primary physical custody due to drug use by the minor child that was occurring in the mother's residence. Judge Nathan has also ordered that the father may begin counseling for the child.
As we have previously discussed, changing child custody in Nevada requires showing: 1) that circumstances have changed since the last custodial order and; 2) that changing custody is in the child's best interests. If you believe that circumstances have changed since your last court order and that, as a parent, you better represent your child's best interests then contact the Ciciliano Law Office.
Our office will start any child custody matter for $500 down.
