The Ciciliano Law Office won a contempt hearing on June 16th, 2011. Judge Teuton ordered that the Defendant, who had not paid his child support, must pay $1,000 to our Client within thirty days or the Defendant will serve 25 days in the Clark County Detention Center.
A Party can can be held in contempt of court, and even incarcerated, for failure to pay child support.
