Our office won a Nevada father joint physical custody of his child on July 5th, 2011. Judge Giuliani held that it was in the child's best interests to have the minor child Tuesday through Friday of each week. The child's mother had requested primary physical custody.
As we have previously reported, Nevada fathers have rights equal to the mother's. It is often a misunderstanding that mother's have "all the rights." The Ciciliano Law Office has won custody for mother as well as fathers.
